Jubaru

JUBARU is a brand new holiday homefor 20 people, named after the close by "Col de Croix Jubaru",  where you can enjoy the silence and space outside, but also inside . Enough of the hustle and bustle of home? Then from the 1st of october 2023, this is the place to find peace and relaxation with family and friends.

The living space is a large open space. Large windows overlook the Scheldt valley and the Pays des Collines. There is 120 m2 of dining and sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen with a large induction stove, two ovens, two dishwashers, ... Above the kitchen is a cozy sitting area in a mezzanine with television and pool table.

The large garden is child-friendly and has nice garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue. In the garden you have a field of view of more than 180°. There is a terrace facing northeast where you will always find shade in hot summers. There is a large lawn with garden furniture. You will also find a flower garden and vegetable garden.

The beautiful courtyard with terrace on the west is an oasis of peace where sun and shade alternate throughout the day. In the mid-season you can enjoy what the sun still gives, sheltered from the wind. In the hot summers you will find shade in the courtyard or around the house at any time of the day.

In less good weather there is room to play in the barn. You'll find a ping-pong table and a kickertable there. You can also charge the electric bicycles in the barn.

There are 7 bedrooms : All rooms have their own shower and sink. Room 4, 5 and 6 share a toilet in the hallway. The other rooms have their own toilet. Room 1,2,4,5 and 6 are double rooms with beds that you can use as one double bed or two separate single beds. Room 3 is wheelchair accessible and offers space for 4 people (double bed, 2 x single bed). This room has sanitary facilities adapted to wheelchair users. Room 7 is a room with six single beds, a seperate bathroom and a seperate toilet.

For a good night's sleep, the sleeping area is completely separated from the living area and relaxation areas.

The bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The rooms on the ground floor can be heated or cooled with an underfloor heating system.
